What is Lumultra?
Lumultra is a 1160mg nootropic formulation containing 15mg of Noopept and other proven ingredients that have been shown to positively affect cognitive performance, alertness, reaction times, memory, or ward against cognitive decline in some ways. How and when should I take Lumultra?
We recommend you to take 2 capsules per day to enjoy the most benefit. It is recommended you take 1 capsule with breakfast, and a second capsule after lunch. Some people prefer to take two capsules together in the morning to kick start the day, and 1 later with lunch. Experiment and find out what works best for you. Lumultra‘s energy boosting Guarana and Hordenine content may cause a restless night’s sleep if taken in the evening so we advise you avoid doing this unless your intent is to avoid drowsiness/sleep. Do not exceed 4 capsules within a 24 hour period.
Can I take Nova with Lumultra and how and when do I take the two together?
Nova is what we class as a 'booster'... That is, while it can be taken on its own as a standalone energy and mood enhancer, it was specifically designed to be taken with Lumultra to enhance Lumultra's Focus and Energy blends. Nova now gives you the option to boost the mental energy rush experienced when supplementing with Lumultra up to "volume 11" for those whose lifestyles demand large amounts of both mental, and physical energy.
To test tolerance start day 1 with your usual Lumultra intake of two capsules, and a single Nova capsule taken together at breakfast. If by the afternoon you feel you would like another boost then a second Nova capsule may be taken. The following day and there on you can supplement 2 Lumultra capsules with 2 Nova capsules. Experiment until you find a regime that suits and fits your needs.
The ingredients in Nova are very different from those found in Lumultra, and designed to interact with, and enhance each other. Nova features caffeine, NALT - a powerful mood enhancer - and L-Theanine, an extract found in tea that smooths out the common 'jolt' associated with caffeine, and helps promotes a functioning memory, while also reducing occasional nervousness and uneasy feeling. We recommend taking Lumultra and Nova together for hours of increased mood, focus and euphoria!
It is not advised to take any more than 4 Nova capsules within a 24 hour period. Taking Nova in the evening may cause a restless night's sleep, so we do NOT recommend you to take Lumultra or Nova in the evening.
How long will it take to notice the effects of Lumultra?
You will feel the effects of Lumultra’s Energy Blend and Focus Blend within 60 minutes of consumption. Lumultra’s effects are cumulative and do become stronger with each intake. You may experience heightened senses after approximately 10 – 14 days at the recommended daily intake. The Memory Blend begins to manifest to a noticeable point around days 21 – 30. Please understand that results may vary between individuals and that these markers are estimates based upon in-house testing.
What is the recommended number of bottles to purchase?
While we know each customer has unique needs, we recommend a 90-day supply. No, your cognitive baseline, which will have increased as a result of using Lumultra, will remain in place for the 30 days you cycle off. Extended periods beyond this, without the daily consumption of Lumultra will erode your results with time.
How long do I need to take Lumultra for?
Lumultra provides no quick fix, and not taking two capsules once a day will return little to no benefit. Please allow Lumultra the time it needs to accumulate in the system and start working its magic. You may however start to feel brighter, sharper, and more alert within the first 10 days of taking it.
